Letting process

We understand how busy life as a young (or not so young) professional can be. We also know how important, challenging and at times frustrating it can be finding your new home.

We want to help make choosing your Aston Property a simple and enjoyable experience and have made it even easier to find, fall in love with and move into your new home.

We have a huge selection of fantastic properties occupying only the best locations in and around Leeds. All are available to view online with search facilities such as area, bedrooms, cost or keyword to help narrow down your selection. You can then shortlist your selected properties ready to view at a later time. Alternatively, you can call us on 0113 293 6080 or pop into our Headingley office where a member of the team will be only too happy to help.

Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements, we can arrange viewings of a selection of properties that match your criteria.

We are open at times to suit you and offer a chauffeur driven viewing service to ensure you arrive relaxed and with only the properties to choose from at the forefront of your mind. We accompany you every step of the way, ready to answer any immediate questions and offer advice where necessary.

Once you've viewed and decided which of our properties you'd like to call 'home', it's time for the serious stuff! We will ask you to complete an application form and provide details of referees and guarantor where applicable. A full copy of your contract will be drafted and the opportunity given to ask any questions before signing your tenancy agreement.

We do appreciate that reading the small print is probably not the highlight of a property signing but being fully aware of the terms & conditions of your contract is imperative. We are always on hand to answer any questions and a copy of our [standard tenancy agreement is available to download here] just in case you'd like to get a head start.

Our available properties don't stay that way for long. Why not start your search right now?
